1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Item: The juicer must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used Items: Juicers that have been used, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Missing Components: Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • Initiate Return: To begin the return process, contact our customer service team at adibano.assistance@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your juicer.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Packaging: Securely pack the juicer in its original packaging along with the RMA number. Ensure that the package is adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping: Send the package to the address indicated on the receipt and the return shipping label. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Inspection and Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the juicer to verify its condition and eligibility for return.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Deductions: If the juicer is not returned in its original condition or is missing components, a restocking fee or partial refund may apply.

5. Exchanges

  • Replacement: If you received a defective or damaged juicer, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
